The application fee differs by category and is confirmed in your invoice, issued with the acceptance notice. Payment is due within 3 days of invoice.

Accepted: PDF for documents, JPG or PNG for the logo and photo. Maximum 25 MB per file — if your audited report is larger, compress it or email it to hq@meedcmalaysia.com. Re-uploading a document replaces the previous one.

Within one working day you receive the award application acceptance notice and the participation invoice.

Full payment of the participation fee for your category within 3 days of the invoice date, through an authorised payment channel.
YouReceipt issued
The secretariat issues an acknowledgement notice and your official receipt once payment is received.

Submit the supporting documents in the checklist by the date on your acceptance notice — upload them above, or email them to the secretariat.
